Why won't these codes work?
Okay, first thing you need to do (WebTV) is to make sure the code is placed as high up as it can go in the signature box. The <HTML> tag "MUST" be the very first thing in the box, not a blank space, or blank line, or "ANYTHING"!!
Common Mistakes:
Sometimes when you type <IMG SRC, you type SCR by mistake>
IMG and SRC are seperated by a blank space, do not run them together like <IMGSRC, that is wrong
There should only be one <HTML> tag at the very begining and one </HTML> tag at the very end. Anymore would be pointless. In fact, NEVER put more than one set on a page. Also make sure you typed in HTML and not HTLM!
Make sure your spelling is correct and all the punctuation is in the right place. One small mistake can mess up the WHOLE code. If you misplace one single period, or leave out a little letter, the code will be broken.
When typing in the address for a code. DO NOT hit the return key if the address is to long to fit the line. Just keep typing and let the address "flow" into the next line. Hitting the "return" breaks the address up!
Check to make sure the addresses have quotation marks around them:
"http://the-jazzman.com" and NOT http://the-jazzman.com
